Bathed in beautiful natural light from large east-facing windows, this modern studio creates a comfortable and inspiring atmosphere, perfect for various creative projects. The spacious 40'x20'x16' cyc wall and polished concrete floors provide a versatile backdrop, while the fully equipped kitchen, ideal for food or lifestyle shoots, adds an extra dimension of convenience and creativity. With 200 AMPs of dedicated power and on-site grip, lighting, and production supplies, Sunset Studios offers all the necessary resources to support and enhance successful artistic endeavors.

Haven’t regretted turning this window into door that’s now off our gated parking lot. I mean look at that steal casing, built by @swantourage.

The first feature that caught our eye when we peered into the window of the vacant and gutted shell of a building was this beautiful, wooden barrel roof with the steel bowstring trusses.

A pretty solid before and after of the studio facade as well as a newspaper shot from the Salt Lake Tribune of its grand opening in 1948 as a gas appliance company. The first 300 ladies in the door got a free orchid.
